Brief Information: The Director, ICAR-NIBSM, Raipur, C.G., invites aspiring candidates for a Walk-In-Interview for the following post:

Education Qualification	Essential Qualification Master degree in Agricultural Microbiology/Microbiology and Plant Pathology. Other conditions will be regulated as per OM No. Edn.16/27/2014/HRD dated 13th July, 2015, OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD 9th October, 2015 of the Council and OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30th January, 2019. Desirable Qualification (1) Knowledge of handling advanced molecular techniques/tools used for analysis of gene function. (2) Experience in use of bioinformatics tools for analysis of data pertaining to microbes. (3) Quality publication in the relevant field.
Pay Scale	₹37,000/-PM+HRA for the 1st and 2nd year; ₹42,000/-PM+HRA for 3rd year
Age	Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per GOI/ICAR norms)

Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum age limit for SRF will be 21 years and maximum age limit 35 years for men and 40 years for women (relaxation as per rules). The crucial date for determining age limit will be the date of Walk-in-interview.
2. Candidates may register their candidature from 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. only on 09.04.2026.
3. The period of engagement of SRF will initially be for one year only or up to the date of approval of the Project (whichever is earlier). Services will terminate automatically after expiry. No legal right for further employment.
4. Candidate must produce all original certificates and self-attested copies at the time of interview.
5. Appointment will be subject to medical fitness certified by a medical authority (Civil Surgeon/Chief Medical Officer).
6. If the candidate resigns before expiry of contract, one month notice or one month’s pay must be given.
7. Leave and other conditions will be governed by ICAR rules.
8. The candidate should ensure their eligibility before applying.
9. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
10. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
11. No objection certificate from present employer is required if already working.
12. Engagement of SRF will be regulated as per ICAR/DST norms (relevant OM dates mentioned).
13. The Director, ICAR-NIBSM, Raipur reserves the right to cancel/reject the interview/engagement without assigning any reason.
